The W Hotel & Residences South Beach has pushed back grand opening until July but it will be more than worth the wait. The W is brand new, beachfront construction, with modern designs by award-winning designer Yabu Pushelberg. The W Hotel & Residences will feature 500 condo-hotel suites, ranging from oversized studios (just under 600 square feet) to large two bedrooms (1,200 square feet and larger) to rival most luxury apartments in South Beach. Plus, all suites will have direct ocean views.
The larger 850 square foot one bedroom, one and a half bath model will sleep two comfortably. Rooms will feature plush signature W beds, plus, fully wired, latest technology entertainment systems. There will also be a range of fabulous Ocean Residence, Beach Bungalows and Penthouses, which will most likely become the new hangout of the A-listers and hipsters in South Beach. The resort will introduce its Living Room on the Ocean, featuring a secret garden with two infinity pools, fountains, and private pool cabanas with flat-screen TVs. With Beach Ambassador with umbrellas, chaise lounges and towels, gourmet food and beverage service, including lunch in a box for a picnic on the beach or your favorite cocktail, and refreshing treats such as frozen towels, cooling eye masks and face mist. Mr. Chows restaurant will open in the W Hotel, as well as, a new club yet to be named. The W will, additionally, boast a 9,600 square foot Bliss Spa and 12,000 square foot SWEAT gym. The W Hotel and Residences South Beach awaited projects on South Beach. The W Hotel & Residences will redefine luxury on South Beach and will be a big deal!
