It seems that some seriously talented athletes have started a trend, taking their talents south…more specifically, to South Florida! It began with LeBron James and his big decision to join Miami Heat, and now Reggie Bush has signed on with the Miami Dolphins!

The Fins have agreed to a two-year deal with running back Reggie Bush, formerly of the Saints. This marks the second time in a decade that the Fins have plucked a New Orleans Saints running back that has won the Heisman Trophy.
Bush agreed to a two-year contract with the Miami Dolphins for nearly $10 million, a source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter Thursday. The trade was announced Friday by Miami.
Bush was due about $11.8 million this season, in the final year of his Saints contract. It would have been difficult for them to justify paying that given their salary-cap constraints.

Trade talks with Miami began late Wednesday. Bush’s agent, Joel Segal, worked with Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland until after 2 a.m. Thursday on the terms of a new contract. Bush then agreed to the terms, and took off to Miami to sign. The NFL lockout calendar requires that Bush join practice no earlier than August 4th.
The Saints have replaced Bush with Chargers running back Darren Sproles in a four-year $14 million dollar deal. The Fins remain in the market for a quarterback.
