Ask Imagine: 4-Door Aston Martin Rapid Rental?

Dear Imagine Lifestyles,

I have heard much talk of the new 4-door Aston Martin Rapide rental.  It seems to go against nature to have 4 doors on a luxury sports car rental, but it also has its advantages-one being I could actually rent it on vacation and fit everyone in my party.  What are your thoughts on it?  How many people can comfortably ride in it?
By the way I read your blog everyday, and thoroughly enjoy it!

Sincerely,

Hello Rhob,

Thanks first off, for being a fan.  We like the new Aston Martin Rapide for the most part, but I will go Imagine Lifestyles Luxury Rentals over some specifications and recommendations for you.

It is billed as a 4-seater, because it does in fact have four seats.  But truth be told, the back seats are quite small and I wouldn’t recommend renting it with the intention of seating adults in the back.  I would say children would fit just fine, making it ideal for a family luxury car rental, but not other adults.  So, you can fit two children, or possibly 4 Laura Flynn-Boyle’s into the Aston Martin Rapide's backseat.  Sorry, that may be in poor taste, I know she is kind of a BIG deal.

That brutal honesty aside, it is an impressive exotic car rental, boasting a powerful V12 engine that can hit the 0-60 mark in about 5 seconds.  Not that we recommend doing that with your youthful passengers in the backseat.

If you are planning to travel with adults, however, let me recommend a luxury SUV rental, Escalade rental, or perhaps a luxury sedan rental if you are searching for something a bit smaller in size but not in stature!  We also have a few Aston Martin rentals if you are set on the brand (can't blame you).

I hope this helped you out, let me know if I can be of further assistance to you in this area!
