W Hotel - Residences 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom Condo Ocean View

The W Hotel & Residences South Beach is accepting reservations for a July 2 launch. The W is brand new, beachfront construction in the playground that is Miami. With ultra-modern designs by award-winning designer Yabu Pushelberg, the W Hotel & Residences will feature 500 condo-hotel suites, ranging from great studios (just under 600 square feet) to large two bedrooms (1,200 square feet and larger). Plus, all suites will have direct ocean views thanks to some architectural genius.

The two bedroom bedroom, two bathroom model will sleep four and is about 1,300 square feet. There will be a partial kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances; plus, plush signature W beds, plus, fully wired, latest technology entertainment systems. There will also be a range of fabulous Ocean Residence, Beach Bungalows and Penthouses, which will become popular on the posh South Beach scene.

The resort will introduce its Living Room on the Ocean, featuring a secret garden with two infinity pools, fountains, and private pool cabanas with flat screen TV’s.  With Beach Ambassador with umbrellas, chaise lounges and towels, gourmet food and beverage service, including lunch in a box for a picnic on the beach or your favorite cocktail, and refreshing treats such as frozen towels, cooling eye masks and face mist. Mr. Chows chic restaurant will open in the W, as well as, a new nightlife venue. The W will, additionally, boast a 9,600 square foot Bliss® Spa and 12,000 square foot SWEAT® gym.  The W Hotel and Residences South Beach has been one of the most highly-anticipated projects to hit South Beach.  The W will redefine luxury on South Beach and will be a location not to be missed.
