Main Questions:

 

Q: What Payment Methods do you accept?

A: We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Paypal.  We do accept cashier’s checks, cash, wire transfer and in some cases but a credit card must be on file for the car deposit and damage deposit.  See damage deposit below above.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Imagine Lifestyles does not provide any refunds, returns or exchanges of any kind.  Imagine Lifestyles goal is to provide you with the superior service.  If you have an issue of any kind during your rental please let us know so we can make appropriate arrangements.

 

Luxury Rental Car Questions:

 

Q: Do you have an Age Limit on Luxury Rental Cars?

A: Minimum age is 25 years old with a clean driving record.  Imagine Lifestyles has the right to refuse a car rental to those with major moving violations, DUI convictions and any other major infractions.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy for Rental Vehicles?

A: Please note Imagine Lifestyles does not provide refunds if the vehicle is used less than the reserved hours and or days. There are no refunds for cancellation within 72 hours of reservation time/date. Cancellations up to 1 week before reservation may qualify for a full refund. Cancellations less than 1 week up to 72 hours before reservation may qualify for a 50% refund. For refunds and cancellations some exclusions may apply, example include the following but are not limited to: holidays, special Orders, long term rentals, special events, extenuating circumstances.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy for Gift Cards?

A: Currently we do not offer refunds on gift cards.

Q: Do you charge for Delivery / Pick Up on your Luxury rental cars?

A: If you are within our range of pick up and drop off destination there will be no delivery or pick up fees.   If you fall outside our delivery/pick up areas certain charges may apply.   Imagine Lifestyles will provide you with that information at the time you make your reservation.

Q: Do you charge a fuel surcharge if we bring back a car with less gas than you provided in the vehicle?

A: All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of gas that provided to the rental at the time the rental car was released.  Imagine Lifestyles will provide you with 3/4 of a tank of gas or more on your rental vehicle.   Our fleet is 100%luxury cars so each car must be filled with 93+ octane gasoline.

Q: Do you offer additional Insurance on your cars and who pays if I get into an accident?

A:The driver is responsible for any damages, liabilities, etc that may occur when renting the vehicle. If the renter is in need of additional insurance then please inquire within.

Q: Do you allow International Drives to rent a Luxury Car?

A: International drives are allowed to rent from our luxury fleet.  International drives must provide us with a valid passport and driver’s license from their country.

Q: Is there a maximum allowance of mileage you can drive on one of your cars?

A: Daily mileage for most vehicles is 100 miles per day.  Imagine Lifestyles will provide you with the amount of miles allowance for the vehicle you rent and the renter is responsible for additional cost per mile if you drive over the stated mile allowance.

Q: What If I get a Ticket while driving one of your cars?

A: The renter is responsible for any ticket incurred while the vehicle is rented.  Parking, traffic, speeding, toll bridges, or any other violations issued while the vehicle is being rented is the responsibility of the renter.  The renter must pay any fees, penalties, towing charges, impound costs and any other monies that are associated with the car during their possession.
