I am heading to Chicago next weekend and am looking for a luxury rental car.  I have had so many problems with the airport rental car companies in the past that I would like to try other avenues.  I drive an Audi A8 at home and would like something comparable while I am in Chicago.  I also want something that can handle all the weather Chicago might have during my stay, as I will be driving to meet with colleagues and clients throughout the city and suburbs.  Please let me know what options you might have and what the rental process might entail.

My husband will be turning 40 in May and I was thinking about getting him an exotic car rental as one of his presents.  I do not know a lot about cars but he has always loved fancy automobiles and owns a few for himself.  He currently drives a Porsche 911, and has an old Corvette that he keeps in the garage but never takes the cover off.  Please help with any suggestions on an exotic car that he might like to drive for a day.

I will recommend either Pinetree Drive Mediterranean mansion, or a luxury hotel condo rental at the W Hotel South Beach or Setai South Beach.  Both luxury hotels Miami offer 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom condos, and are ideally located on the strip where the best shopping, international dining and beaches are.

Dear Imagine Lifestyles,

I travel infrequently, and often stay at the Holiday Inn or the Hilton Double Tree.  I find these places to be clean and sufficient, and am curious what the difference is between a standard hotel and a luxury hotel?  I know that compared to a Motel 6 or other rattrap the Hilton is pretty much a luxury hotel.  What defines a 5-star hotel and am I missing out?  Is it just another way to separate people from their money just for a label or place to sleep?  I am curious.
