Regardless of how you feel about he Porsche Cayenne, the model has achieved success in numbers, recently producing the 100,000th example. That is a large number, indicating its popularity as both a luxury SUV rental and presence in many garages around the globe.

Bentley is touting its badass side, offering up a new “Power on Ice” tour that allows customers to drive a Bentley over snow and ice. I suppose the brand feels it must compete with the likes of Ferrari and their Winter Driving Program, aimed to educate drivers on proper handling in all-weather conditions (follow link for full details and to see the Ferrari FF on ice!) Note: Bentleys can hit speeds of 205 mph on ice!

This year’s Detroit Motor Show was a scorcher, here are our top 10 picks from the show:

1.  Bugatti Veyron

While the legendary Ferrari 250 GTO may be one of the world’s most coveted collector cars, the ultra-rare 330 GTO may be worth more. Ferrari made just two examples of the 4-liter V12 330s, and now one will be on display at the 2012 Concours d’Elegance in Amelia Island, Florida, giving gawkers a rare glimpse at an even rarer exotic slice of history! This car even has a bit of luxury racing experience, which only makes it cooler.

James Bond may be a fictional character, but there is nothing fake about the onslaught of Bond cars going on display this year! The largest collection of James Bond cars ever to be displayed will roll out secret agent style in just a few months, so if you are a fan, snag that Aston Martin rental and be prepared!

This is the most strategically placed filling station I have ever seen, placed just 100 meters from the paddock of the Monza racetrack! This prime location would make an everyday gas station position far more exhilarating, with a slew of exotic sports cars zipping in and out including Ferraris, Lamborghinis and more. The only thing that would make this video better is if it happened on the day enthusiasts gathered to set the Ferrari World Record (follow link for more details).

The good people at Lamborghini are perhaps a bit on the modest side for being creators of world-class hypercars! When the new Lamborghini Aventador was officially unveiled, the company claimed the top speed was 217 miles per hour, though the car recently outdid itself during a scorching lap at Hockenheim, hitting an astonishing 230 mph! So what is the actual top speed for this model? We can’t wait to take our Lamborghini Aventador rental to the track and find out! The Aventador will be available soon from Imagine Lifestyles.

A free Lamborghini Murcielago was a dream-come-true for truck driver David Dopp, who won the “Joe Schmo to Lambo” contest at his local gas station in Utah. Thousands of people entered the competition to win the Lamborghini, and Dopp beat out the remaining 9 finalists at Lavelle Edwards Stadium for the win. That is where Dopp’s lucky streak ended.
